My background spans enterprise systems administration, Microsoft 365 and identity management, endpoint and network security, automation, vulnerability management, and IT operations.
I founded USTech.Ninja in 2017 to bring enterprise-grade IT and security within reach of small and growing businesses. My independent technical and photography work began in 2005, and I spent more than a decade in corporate systems administration and engineering before taking the practice on full time.
Photography has run alongside my technology career since 2005, and I still take on select event, corporate, architectural, and real estate work.

Founder of USTech.Ninja, a managed IT, cybersecurity, automation and AI-assisted operations practice supporting SMBs, multi-site organizations and data-sensitive teams. I act as a fractional infrastructure/security lead and vCIO for clients that need senior technology ownership without a full in-house hire.
2005 marks the start of my independent technical consulting work; the company itself, US Tech Support Solutions, LLC (doing business as USTech.Ninja), was established in 2017. The practice covers — covering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security, endpoint/email/network/identity protection, vulnerability management and remediation, backup and business continuity, vendor and SaaS risk review, cyber insurance readiness, and practical security roadmaps.
I design and operate layered security stacks using tools such as SentinelOne, Bitdefender, Huntress, Check Point/Avanan, Usecure, Firewalla and ConnectSecure, backed by SOC/MDR partners, so smaller organizations get coverage that would otherwise be out of reach. I also build automation and AI-assisted workflows — scripting, RMM platforms, APIs, documentation and runbooks, with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor and Gemini — to improve infrastructure management, troubleshooting and repeatable operational standards. Clients rely on me for long-term technology ownership, clear communication, proactive monitoring, rapid resolution, and a “fix it and document it” operating model.
I handle anything having to do with PR, Marketing and Photography in Phoenix. Oversee other photographers, and maintain the Linux based server.
